Cairman Pakistan Tanners Association (S.Z) Mian Ahsan Elahi has appreciated the assurance of CCPO Tariq Jamil to improve the law and order situation in Sector 7/A, KIA, which was under the grip of frequent dacoities and cash snatching activities.

Tariq Jamil directed the top police officials to co-ordinate with the Law & Order Committee of the PTA under the chairmanship of Gulzar Firoz and take immediate steps in consultation with the Committee.

The CCPO also agreed to issue identity cards to members of the Law & Order Committee for speedy follow-up of incidents of robberies and cash snatching etc. in Sector 7-A.

The CCPO also directed Nasir Khan Yousufzai, SSP Zone III-Traffic, to correct the various irregularities pointed out by Ahsan Elahi, the Chairman of the Association, and also Chairman of Law & Order Committee Gulzar Firoz immediately and review the progress frequently.-PR
